1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2) Your Account
- Accurate info: provide accurate, current information (including name/username/email) and keep it updated.
- Security: you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Notice: notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident.
3) The Service and Your Content
Aromelle helps you manage your bag and jewelry collection by organizing items into categories (such as bags, necklaces, rings, and earrings), recording each wear, showing insights such as wear frequency and idle duration, and saving outfit combination canvases for later reference.
3.1 Your rights
You retain ownership of your User Content to the extent you have rights in it.
3.2 License to operate the Service
You grant Aromelle Team a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and to fulfill your requests (including exports), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
3.3 Photos and one-time processing (if used)
If you choose to upload a photo for a one-time generation/export feature, you authorize us to process the photo to provide the requested output and then delete the uploaded photo from our servers immediately after processing completes (or as soon as reasonably possible if a brief technical delay occurs). We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or store biometric identifiers/templates.
4) Acceptable Use
- Comply with law: do not use the Service in ways that violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Respect rights: do not upload content you do not have rights to use or that infringes others’ rights.
- No abuse: do not distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
- No interference: do not probe or access systems without authorization or bypass security.
- No reverse engineering: do not reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law.
- No harm: do not harass, threaten, or exploit others.
5) Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is provided separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6) Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party tools or infrastructure (for example, app stores, operating systems, hosting, analytics, or crash reporting). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their terms.
7) Changes, Availability, and Updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update the Service automatically. We will try to provide reasonable notice where practical, but it may not always be possible (for example, for urgent security updates).
8) Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, and without any obligation to you.
9) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, users, or our rights. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.
10) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROMELLE TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROMELLE TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AROMELLE TEAM FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $10 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aromelle Team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration
This section affects your rights
13.1 Informal resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at rbtnvqpopv8409@outlook.com.
13.2 Binding arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if eligible, or seek injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property or prevent unauthorized access.
The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator, in English, and may take place remotely unless an in-person hearing is required. The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief that a court could award, subject to these Terms.
13.3 Class action waiver
You and Aromelle Team agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
14) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Aromelle Team is principally established, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the Effective Date. If changes are material, we will take additional steps as required by law. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
